Constance is a member of the Litigation Practice. Proficient in both Mandarin and English, she focuses her practice on complex cross-boder commercial disputes in the United States, representing both U.S. and Chinese clients. Based in Beijing, she provides Chinese clients with timely legal services in U.S. law. Constance has been involved in numerous significant commercial disputes and has achieved excellent outcomes.

Representative Experience

  • Contributed to the successful resolution of a fraudulent transfer case, leading to the recovery of more than $40 million in fraudulent transfers to fulfill the client's prior judgment against the defendant company, along with the imposition of attorney fees on the defendants.
  • Assisted in securing and enforcing a landmark $479 million judgment on behalf of international clients against a billionare defendant, marking the largest Chinese arbitration award ever confirmed and enforced in the United States.
