Chazz Coleman has experience working on a variety of complex insolvency and restructuring matters.
Chazz’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representations of debtors, creditors and interested parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts and cross-border proceedings. During his LL.M. program, Chazz served as a judicial intern for the Hon. John K. Sherwood in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Following the LL.M. program, Chazz clerked for the Hon. Thomas M. Horan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Representative Experience
- Steward Health Care: Advised the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services and Attorney General of Massachusetts in the chapter 11 case of Steward Health Care, the largest private, physician-led health care network in the United States.
