Carissa Lee is an associate who focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities law compliance.

Carissa works with a variety of public and private clients, across a variety of industries, through all stages of their life cycle, including formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. In addition to her company-side representation, she also advises venture capital firms and strategic investors on their investments in early-stage to late-stage companies.
