Cara MacDonald focuses her practice on environmental regulatory and litigation matters.

Cara has advised private companies, publicly traded companies, and organizations on compliance with the Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and other federal and state environmental statutes. She also has experience with litigating state and federal actions involving the Clean Air Act, CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, toxic tort and common law property contamination.
