Antonia Post focuses her practice on general commercial litigation, with a primary focus on internal investigations and complex disputes involving issues of New York law.

Antonia has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including developing case strategy, coordinating discovery, drafting substantive motions, conducting complex internal investigations and taking depositions.

Representative Experience

  • Worked alongside Richard Donoghue in advising the Suffolk County Legislature’s Special Cyber Intrusion Investigation Committee’s investigation of the 2021 – 2022 cyberattack on Suffolk County.
