Andrew represents public companies, regulated entities, and executives in government investigations concerning accounting practices, disclosure issues, and other regulatory matters. He also works proactively with companies to review policies, procedures, and controls, with an eye toward preventing potential violations of the law.

In his civil litigation practice, Andrew has represented companies in all phases of complex commercial disputes, including pre-litigation, at trial and on appeal. He has tried cases in federal and state court, and he has argued before the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department. He has worked with clients in the technology, media, consumer goods, biopharmaceutical, communications, higher education, and energy industries.
Andrew clerked for the Hon. Denny Chin in the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also interned in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and for the Hon. Laura Taylor Swain in the Southern District of New York.

- Helped an international consumer goods company resolve a corporate governance dispute between one of its subsidiaries—an international ice cream company—and that subsidiary’s board of directors.
- Litigated a contract dispute on behalf of a publicly traded communications infrastructure company in Colorado state court.
- Represented an energy company in mass-tort litigation arising from fires in two states.
- Represented two incarcerated individuals appealing lower courts’ denials of their resentencing petitions under New York’s Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act.
- Advised an international auto glass company in connection with two state insurance fraud lawsuits brought against one of the client’s subsidiaries.
