Amanda Freyre, a partner in Pillsbury’s New York litigation group, advises clients on all phases of litigation and arbitration, including on pre-litigation strategies to navigate potential disputes and, when needed, protecting clients’ interests in high-stakes litigation and arbitration.

Her clients include entrepreneurs, executives of emerging growth companies, and in-house counsel at global companies in the technology, financial services, aerospace and manufacturing industries.

  • Negotiated a favorable settlement for a New York-based venture capital firm, achieving resolution prior to discovery.
  • Obtained temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions to enforce contractual terms on behalf of multiple clients.
