  • Represented technology company in investigation brought by Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.
  • Represented a loan provider in a civil investigation demand issued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
  • Successfully defended through arbitration a real estate trust company against claims of breach of contract and fraud in a multi-million-dollar dispute involving the buyout of a minority interest in a land development partnership.
  • Defended former co-president of uranium transportation company against Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and related federal charges through a multiweek criminal trial, resulting in acquittals of multiple charges.
