Abby Griffith represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation across a wide range of industries, including the financial services, commercial real estate, technology, insurance and airline industries. She also has broad experience litigating administrative procedure matters.
Abby is adept at finding creative and efficient solutions to her clients’ litigation problems. She has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and in arbitration.
In addition to her practice, Abby provides pro bono services to her community by representing tenants in eviction suits through Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas.

- Won special appearance on behalf of major airline, which was upheld on appeal, in a case alleging claims for breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
- Achieved a $2 million reduced property tax judgment for client in a dispute filed with an administrative taxing authority.
- Secured dismissal of lawsuit with prejudice for client in gross negligence personal injury case.
