Lexi Calcado has a broad practice that encompasses a wide range of transactions, focusing primarily on counselling companies, underwriters and investors as they access the capital markets.

Lexi represents issuers, underwriters, trustees, placement agents and purchasers in connection with public and private issuances of all types of debt, equity and hybrid securities. She has significant experience advising on SEC registered offerings, including the sale of debt and equity by well-known seasoned issuers, initial public offerings, de-SPAC transactions and at-the-market offerings, as well as private placements (including 144A and Regulation S transactions) and loan transactions. She also advises on corporate governance and securities regulation matters, including disclosure, reporting and compliance. Lexi works with a variety of industries, including energy, pharmaceuticals, aircraft and technology clients, with a particular focus on energy utilities.
